Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of prenkokeys.com (the “Service”), operated by PRENKORO OÜ. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital activation codes (“keys”) for games and related content. Keys are sourced from authorised distributors and delivered electronically. We are the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

2. Orders and delivery

Instant digital delivery — codes emailed on payment. In-stock codes are emailed once payment clears, usually within a minute. Pre-orders release on the title’s launch day. You are responsible for checking a product’s platform and region before buying.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in EUR, GBP or USD using the switcher in the header. EUR is our base currency; other currencies are converted at indicative rates and the amount charged is stated at checkout.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate email address to receive your codes.
• Redeem codes only on the official platform and region indicated.
• Keep your codes confidential — a revealed code cannot be reused.

5. Refunds

Unredeemed keys may be refunded within 14 days. Once a code has been revealed and redeemed it cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for the full detail.

6. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care but do not warrant that a platform, region restriction or third-party service will remain available. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
