Refund Policy

Because we sell digital codes that are revealed instantly, refunds follow the rules below. They apply alongside your statutory consumer rights.

1. Unredeemed keys

An unredeemed key can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If you have not revealed or activated the code, contact us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Redeemed keys

Once a code has been revealed or redeemed on a platform it cannot be returned or refunded — the same as any digital storefront. By revealing a code you consent to immediate delivery and waive the standard withdrawal period for that item.

3. Faulty or invalid codes

If a code does not work, is already used, or does not match the region stated, we will verify it and either replace it or refund you. That is on us, not you.

4. How to request a refund

• Reply to your order email, or email info@prenkokeys.com.
• Include your order number (format PK-YYYYMMDD-NNNN).
• Tell us whether the code is unredeemed or faulty.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
