Payment Policy

PRENKORO OÜ is the Merchant of Record for every order. This means we are responsible for billing, taxes and support on your purchase.

1. Accepted methods

• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Your Prenkokeys account balance, once topped up.

2. Currencies

You can shop in EUR, GBP or USD using the switcher in the header. EUR is our base currency; the exact amount to be charged is always shown before you confirm payment.

3. Security

Payments run over an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant checkout handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Billing and receipts

A receipt is emailed for every successful order. If you need a VAT invoice with specific company details, email us and we will issue one.

5. Failed or duplicate charges

If a payment fails, no code is delivered and no funds are captured. If you believe you were charged twice, contact info@prenkokeys.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
